Spotify was recently allowed in the US. I received my invite a few days ago. The platform is a lot like Itunes. Only you listen to the music live streaming rather than buying/owning it. So in a way it’s like a radio station that you choose what to play. It has little commercials every once in a while. It’s really cool to do a search and find your favorite artists. I’ve found some obscure stuff that I haven’t listened to in a long time. Not every artist is up there however, as some have chose to opt out. I had fun finding my favorites from the 80’s when I was in high school. It’s compatible with LastFM also, so you can scrobble. To learn more about Spotify, go here. Enjoy!
