Sketch Sunday 4

This Sunday Sketch was actually done on Saturday in honor of my favorite Beatles’ 78th Birthday!

Ringo means so much to me. He is always positive and funny – A true inspiration! I can’t wait to see him in CT this September!

Thank you for stopping by, Peace & Love!

This week’s sketch is a small colored pencil sketch. This sketch is inspired by a memory of mine of my youngest brother and me entertaining our grandfather.

Blizzard 2018

We were hit pretty hard on the East Coast by a big storm last week. I drew and painted this little character. I entitled it “Feeling penguin in a Nor’easter!”

Stay warm!

Greetings! Happy New Year!

I hope that 2018 brings you much happiness and peace. 2017 was a good year for me personally, but I am ready to move on to 2018.

I have already seen a surge in my creativity. It is like my muse finally came back after a bit of a vacation. I have been sketching a lot lately and have started to do a couple of acrylic paintings. I am trying to explore other artistic interests, such as a more traditional painting style rather than digital. I also have been working a lot in watercolor pencils, watercolors, and ink. Mostly just sketches, but I will post from time to time to show you my results.

I am also very excited to be joining with other staff members at the university I work at to feature our creative works via a number of venues, including exhibition. Very exciting!

Check out my Instagram also as I blog there as well.
